When you hear Stetson, typically you think of the outdoors.

If you're looking for a nice hat to wear for a formal gathering or upscale restaurant, we picked out the top five hats that'll add a nice touch to your wardrobe.

 

Midtown B

The Midtown B is a nice large flat brim hat, with a nice teardrop c crown, so the crown isn't too high.

This will give you lots of shade and lots of looks.

 

Stratoliner

Then we're going to move to the Stratoliner.

Stratoliner has been in the Stetson lineup for since the 1940s.

The hat has a bound edge, with a matching thin ribbon teardrop crown.

This hat can be worn snap down or up and comes in multiple colors.

It also comes in straw material, for those of you thinking about having something to keep you covered but cool in the summer.

The Chatham, the Whippet, and the Temple are three hats made out of fur felt.

 

The fur has a higher price point, as it tends to be on the pricier side of materials.

All three of these hats also come in wool.

Chatham

Made from fur felt, the Chatham has a teardrop crown and the raw edge matching band comes in multiple colors.

This hat will last you a lifetime, as long as you take care of it and don't put a hole in it.

 

Whippet

The Whippet has a slightly taller crown but same sized brim as the Chatham.

This hat has a larger bound edge then if you look at the Stratoliner.

 

Temple

The Temple has a center dent pinch with a raw edge.

The length of this brim is longer front to back, than it is side to side.

All the other hats have the brim as the same distance from the crown, all the way around.
