Warranty policy

We take pride in our products and offer a limited 6 month warranty on manufacture defects and damages. 

 

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from Fashionable Hats. 
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from Fashionable Hats. 
  • You must return the product to Fashionable Hats at your own cost. 
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. - If the original hat is out of stock only store credit will then be provided NO refunds to original payment methods.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. You will void your warranty if you attempt to fix the hat on your own through any sort of cutting, bending, sewing, gluing, or any other forms of deconstruction.
Our warranty does not cover: General wear, Damage caused by misuse or extreme wear,  Improper care, Animal damage
Third-party alterations or modifications

 What do we mean by general wear? General wear is the natural breakdown of materials and fibers over a long period of use. Things like slight fraying, color fading and stains are signs of a well-loved hat and generally not considered defective.
