      Beautiful hat but arrived damaged

      I ordered the Sirius cognac hat however when it arrived it was warped and damaged. I contacted customer service to exchange it for the same hat (same day I received the hat) but I was only provided two options: (1) return it and receive a refund for the purchase price or (2) keep the damaged hat and receive a credit for a percentage of the price I paid.
