Yet again, another Stetson hat sized/made improperly! I am beyond frustrated with Stetson hats, Stetson company. I own numerous Stetson hats and order the same size hat from this company in different styles of hats - REPEATEDLY! My frustration, with Stetson’s inconsistent sizing is at a peak! Stetson commits the worst customer mistake (re: their products): Consistently selling a product that does not meet customer satisfaction! And regarding their customer service, regarding these issues… well, you can forget about receiving any “real” or genuine customer service from them! Their sizing - their inconsistent sizing with their products, is and should be an embarrassment for the CEO of Stetson! I own 20+ Stetson hats that I’ve purchased… countless of these Stetson hats are either undersized or oversized! This is just plain laziness, lack of caring, incompetence, etc, by Stetson. And I don’t care if some of Stetson’s products are outsourced! Fix this major issue, Stetson!

The fur on this Natural-shade fedora is a lovely rich-tan shade, not the neutral shown online. Brim would work well snapped down or up. The finish is well done. The low crown height is throwing me though; it feels like a soft breeze might blow it off. Not for me, though I'm sure others will thoroughly enjoy this Stetson.
