      Hey... It is what it is. It's a rather inexpensive cute, floppy hat made of paper straw. My wife wanted something she could toss in her suitcase when she was traveling and needed something to keep the sun off her head. She also thinks it would be perfect for attaching little souvenir tokens and such. I'm glad I bought it
