By the sizing given the small should have fit perfectly. It's too big. I even put in the extra pieces they gave me and it's still loose. The color is beautiful!

This is one of the first hats I've gotten & it's beautiful!! Every hat I've tried on has been far too big. This hat fits beautifully & looks good on me. I am so pleased. It's well made & I hope last a long time. I've gone from a confirmed non hat wearer to can't wait to wear this hat.
