Called and spoke with someone purporting to be a supervisor.
He assured me that a replacement was being sent.
That was untrue.
No hat, no call, no email as to delivery date.
I will cancel payment on the incorrect hat, if no word from a responsible person there is received here by Close of Business today-3-30-25.

Your size Medium is a little tight for me, but Large is too loose. Any ideas on slightly expanding the fit?
