First time customer. I purchased two hats, the Walrus Bryant in burgundy, and the Stetson Cromwell in black, both large.
The Stetson was too small, and the material wasn't stiff enough for what I was looking for. The Walrus, however, was perfect. I was surprised at how beautifully it was finished, at half the price of the Stetson.
I'm exchanging the Stetson for another Bryant in black, and the Walrus Freemont in Cognac. James in customer service made the exchange easy. I'm very impressed with Fashionable Hats, especially the customer service and the quality of the Walrus line.
