Shipping Protection Insurance?
Shipping Protection insurance is a service that protects you against lost, damaged, or stolen packages. By selecting this service your shipping issues will be expedited* for a resolution if an issue occurs. In the event you don't receive a package, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier denies a claim, we will provide a replacement package on our behalf**. If a package is damaged, we will review and present options to you towards replacement parts or a complete replacement item.
*(The expedited time is 14 days from when the claim is issued from the carrier. After 14 days upon our discretion we will send a replacement item or refund. **In rare circumstances depending on the claim situation a claim may not be approved.)
The optional Buyer Protection Insurance fee is 1.5% of your purchase total. This ensures coverage for you, the buyer, in the event your item is:
- Lost in transit
- Damaged in transit
- Stolen packages
- received, but is an incorrect item;
Shipping Refunds
Refunds do not apply to:
Disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks
Adverse weather conditions
Shipments of Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Goods Shipments
Events beyond control including: riots, strikes, war, adverse weather conditions, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, etc.
