My new hat is exactly what I wanted (I have recently bought and returned a number of hats). I wear a size 8, so it's difficult to find anything that fits and looks good. Fashionable Hats service was excellent from beginning-to-end.....starting with a very strong box used for shipment (my hat arrived in great shape), as well as their including strips of hat-sizing tape in the box to fine-tune the fit (I used them). Highly recommended....
