I ordered this hat for my daughter for Christmas. My daughter wears a 6 7/8. The sizing chart suggested I order a small. However, she already owns a Stetson (size M) so I ordered this one in a medium also. Mistake! Turns out, the sizing chart was spot-on and I was wrong. We should have ordered a small. After Christmas, we needed to exchange it but the small was now out of stock. I contacted customer service and spoke with Katelynn. She was awesome. She originally told me it would be several weeks before new hats would come in. Katelynn went above and beyond and kept her eye on in incoming returns. As soon as a small came in, she held it for us until I could ship my return back to them. As soon as my return made it to them, the replacement was shipped to me. The new one fit much better. The small is slightly snug but will stretch with wear.

Bottom line - Great hat. Follow the sizing chart. It was accurate. Excellent customer service. Will order from them again.
