A size bigger than I ordered was shipped. Return process was easy and professional. My size is out of stock, so I haven't worn this hat yet. It appeared to be well constructed, but that's all I can say until my size is available and I can really try it out.

Arrived damaged. Sent it back to them. It was last one in stock. They tried to repair it. Which is not something you do with straw. Send it back to me and it was received damaged. They got very hostile when I called them back. Gave up trying to deal with them and took it to a hattery. So not only did it cost me the purchase price but it cost me the repair price. They never offered to replace with new stock or let me know when new stock would be in to replace it. Definitely will not be doing business with them again
